These folks really know their stuff when it comes to their gear. I got myself a refurbished Mavic Pro, and let me tell ya, the box looked brand new and sealed, just like the drone itself. Just got back from a two-hour session with Josh. I've owned my Mavic for nearly a year, but I realized I could use some proper training. What really stood out to me was that we spent almost all of our time inside, with Josh going over every setting and mode in detail.

I now feel way more confident flying than I did before. I strongly suggest taking two hours for your first lesson. I’ll surely return for more flying lessons with them.

I was kickstarting a video business in real estate and needed a drone. Sadly, my credit was in rough shape. Because of that, I had to turn to a creative financing option, and the only one available was Verydrone. They don’t provide any discounts or decent customer support. What they do have are some fibs about shipping dates and a few cheap trinkets for ten bucks. Josh was friendly on the phone, but that was the end of the good vibes after the purchase. If you want some peace of mind in case your drone has issues, I’d recommend checking out B and H, Andromeda, or Amazon. Verydrone will hit you with the same price but offer way less in terms of service.

I picked up my Mavic, Osmo Plus, and a bunch of extras from Verydrone. The prices are awesome, and you get exactly what you pay for. Their customer service is quick and friendly; Ben is super nice and keeps in touch even after you make your purchase. Plus, I really appreciated the 30-day crash warranty. If you're just starting out, that's a huge plus since you might end up crashing it like I did with my first one. They just send you a replacement, plain and simple. I’m definitely gonna shop here again!

Outstanding, that's what Me'tzuyan means in Hebrew. The service was super hands-on and personal. Both Josh and Ben were quick to return my calls. They were really helpful in guiding me to what I needed and what would work best for me. I placed an order for the long-range antenna from verydrone for my Typhoon H. It arrived in roughly four days via UPS. The items were packaged securely, but I would’ve liked some additional information included. The shipping label was directed to verydrone at my place, but I still received it without any issues.

I just got my DJI Magic from this place. There were some pretty long wait times, but they explained it was due to their orders with DJI. They’re not really at fault when DJI doesn’t supply them properly and fails to inform them. Once they figured it out, they shot out an email to keep customers in the loop. That’s what I call solid customer service. They could've easily pulled a DJI and left folks hanging, but they chose not to.
